After speaking with the representative I changed my stars to a 5. I was very happy that the phone call was warm and friendly and all of my questions were answered. This led me to believe that my concerns were not really things that could not be fixed.

Not what you expect!

I wanted climate control for for storage. The storage is very warm, I was told i will need moisture absorb for my things. The one dollar for first month should not be advertise because I had to pay over sixty dollars for the first month. Customer Service was great...

Chasity was great. In and out, professional, no issues. Very helpful, and I would gladly recommend to a friend.

Dispute there computers being down after Hurricane Irma, Stacey and Susan were great at multi-tasking. They were managing multiple calls and loads of customers entering the building with no appointments set. They were troopers while keeping their personalities and smiles gleaming at the same time. Today was a pleasing experience.

I usually don't bother to waste my time on these online reviews but after reading a few of the recent ones, I felt that this needed to be said. I visited this location not too long ago and my experience is part of the reason why I am writing this. I was so unbelievably relieved when I left because of the fact that the staff was extremely helpful and patient. I never expected a process like this to be made that simple. With that being said, I personally believe that that simplicity was due to one employee in particular, Suzan. I am absolutely appalled by the two most recent reviews concerning her because I kid you not, she was nothing but polite and helpful with me. Myself like many other customers writing these were more than satisfied with her. I understand that not every encounter will be the same but I had to say something about these couple reviews because I was grateful for her help. It sounds like it was just a simple misunderstanding or a customer overreacting because workers like Suzan don't make mistakes like that. I would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting this location regardless of what you read on a website! Go meet her for yourself!

You get what you pay for

Our storage unit isn't cheap, but it's the best storage unit I've ever had. It's cool, clean, great security, easy access, and plenty of space.
