Good servie made the renting easy!

When I got use to the video checkin, it bacame much easier to complete the process.

Shown incorrect parking spot

When I initially reserve a parking spot I was shown the space. A week later when I took my tailer to park it there was another vehicle in the spot was shown. I had to call office and wait for them to come out and show me another spot

Show and switch

I went out to the lot and the attended showed me the spot that was for rent. When I went out with my trailer, the spot was occupied by a large 5th wheel. They ended up giving me another spot. That shouldn't happen. Disappointed.

Very easy process

Been with Midgard many year's,just downsized unit.The friendly staff made it so easy and put us in a smaller unit right across from our bigger unit making it a very easy move for us.Storage facility is very clean,just like new..

Horrible Customer Service

Sales person on phone told us office was open till 8:00. Got there at 6:30 and they were closed. Closing time online and on door also said 8:00. Went back the next day and they were unable to show unit because of their lock system being down. I returned to the office only to be chewed out by property manager Jessica for entering through the wrong door. At this point I will take my business elsewhere.

They never answer phones

I missed my payment due to loss of job, a $20 fee was added. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fine, but when I was late then the second month by a week, I went to my account to pay it after starting a new job, and there are over $120 late fees added this month and goes up every day. I keep trying to call and message and even call main company number and still no answer only option to leave voicemail which they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t return call. DONT BE LATE!! Must not have read the fine print. Just terrible customer service, they want me to pay but they canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even answer a phone there.
