    Easy to book

    I enjoyed the ease of booking online and the follow up calls of the cheery employees. Visiting the facility was a bit tricky in finding but once I arrived the attitude of the workers was pleasant. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes vs 20-30 minutes at other facilities. The hospitality is what sold the unit along with the pricing. I've already recommended East Bank to a few others!

    Manager Seth and worker Sam ,excellent management.

    Seth the manager for 17 yr.s, was very straightforward, honest, clear and even verging on witty with his direct straightforward answers to my many specific pre-purchase Q.s.. Once i had paid for the unit in full, I was having trouble lifting a very very heavy chair. SAM helped me, for Free. VERY nice fellow. Thanks Guys. i'm grateful to You for your help. K.
