Wonderful first impression

I moved in a day late and forgot to call ahead and it was no problem at all!! They still had my unit saved and ready for me. The staff made sure I knew where the unit was and the layout of everything so I wasn’t confused. Good hours for access to the unit as well. Very good first impression for moving in.

Awesome service, both Jared and Trevor were helpful and very knowledgeable! I got exactly what I needed and was pleased to find that they had dollies and carts to help us unload and get our stuff up to the third floor where our storage roomwas located.

Not the best and slow but with a deal for discount I would recommend.

Slow service, front desk not quite on the ball, seemed to be lots of extra fees added without asking.

Dropped by twice today to get signed up and access my new unit. Both times, no one was at the office, the doors were locked and the lights off. Called their number, only got a recording saying that they were out or it was after hours. Sorry CubeSmart, but you lost my business.

Clean facility easy access to the unit and plenty of driving space for a truck and trailer.
