    Quick & Efficient

    From the online form to the person I spoke with on the phone. Everything was organized and well thought out. Easy to get in and out. The email provided with the welcome bag was amazing as well. The location was also very convenient.

    Easy and efficient renting

    Courteous, clean, and well priced

    They were very professional and accommodating. The rental truck isn't as nice as a uhaul but for free (with a small $10 admin fee) I can't really complain that much.

    awesome customer service right next to UCF

    awesome customer service right next to UCF great location for a short term ( 3 summer rental) Very friendly staff, easy move in process. My car was loaded when i pulled in, and within 20 minutes, i had all the paperwork taken care of and was on my way back home!

    Friendly staff. Not much room if loading trailer or moving truck

    Overall seems well enough. Lanes between storage are tight and doesn't have much room for trailers or moving trucks plus has heavy traffic from other customers blocking areas. Serves its purpose. Normal pricing for the area but might want to call around the area to see who has the best promo

    Excellent service.

    The associate was very helpful and cordial. It was a hassle free experience, and I'm really glad they had a truck rental service available.
