BEST RENTAL FACILITY IN LAKELAND, FLORIDA

I wrote a review a couple of days ago, immediately after renting a storage unit from Cube Smart in Lakeland Florida. From the time I called to inquire on space, availability and pricing, to arriving at the office and being met by the manager Bob, the level of professionalism and exceptional customer service which I received seems almost non existent in today’s times. Bob treated me as though he genuinely appreciated my business. In the past, I have rented from three other storage facilities in Lakeland, all of which didn’t seem to care one way or the other, if they gained my business. When people demonstrate a high degree of work ethics along with courtesy, they represent a company’s standards, and they deserve to be recognized. That is why, even though I have a busy schedule today, I don’t mind taking the time to write a second review. I appreciate greatly, when old school standards regarding courtesy, respect, and professionalism are still practiced in today’s world. Not being just a number, but rather treated as a valued customer is where I will always choose to do business.

Great so far

I just started renting a storage unit here, but the staff members are super friendly and helpful. The unit was ready when it was supposed to be (and clean!) and the price isn't too bad. Enjoying it so far!

First time storage.

Good service. Clean. Climate controlled. Doors a bit small to move into actual storage unit so moving big objects like dressers or couches can be a bit tricky. None three less we got ours in. So other Than that, it's been good so far.

NEVER ENDED UP RENTING

Price was too high for me to afford to rent there.

It was easy and the rep was really attentive and ready to help me.

My mother place the reservations for storage and she was very please with the information that was provided. She is not an easy person to convince and normally likes clarity and good service. She love how the representive and very please. She said that the rep was helpful and even went the extra mile in following up with me to let me know all was ready for moving my stuff into storage. We both are very happy with a well all around excellent service. Like I said you make mom happy everyone is happy. Thank you. KB
