Good prices

The staff are cool and helpful and its reasonable with their prices. It is not a beautiful storage but thats alright because im not trying to pay for pretty, just a safe temporary place to store my stuff until im ready to move into another place

Fast service with a Smile...

Once I arrived at the facility, the staff showed me the unit to ensure the size I reserved was what I needed and even offered packing boxes, which I turned down because I always use bins. However, I was very surprised at my introduction to the facility as I have rented storage in Long Beach before and never received the type of service as what I received from Cube Smart Self Storage.

This storage facility is run excellently by a hard working manager, Yolanda. It has the cleanest restroom of any storage facility I have been in, and I've rented at different ones over 33 years.

Great experience from the start, receiving a confirmation call in less then 5 minutes after the reservation to following up calls regarding the unit. The staff was amazing, really appreciated the overall experience.

Service was great, facility needs a couple upgrades.

The customer service was great, very friendly and considerate. I just didn't give it a total of 5 stars, because of the facility itself. There's not enough lighting and no convex mirrors to help you view what's around the corner when driving through the aisles.
