    Easy reservation

    did everything online. when i showed up to my unit, temporary locks were on and i was given code to unlock it. opened the unit to find a clean unit and my permanent locks ready. could not ask for any easier reservation.

    Great customer service

    I was explained storage policy, payment policy, and personally guided through the rental application. Also, friendly staff gave me hands on tutorial on gaining entry, where my unit was located and convenient creativity with first payment. Great first impression.

    Friendly, clean, safe.

    Sandra the GM is super helpful. The AGM lives on site, which made me feel safe plus the facility is surrounded by car dealerships and apartment complexes for additional ease of mind. Clean unit! Clean location!
