Easy, helpful, great follow-up

It is very easy to sign up on the website, taking me maybe 2 minutes or less to complete. Soon after, I received a very pleasant phone call from Taylor Werth who finalized the sign up (payment and electronic agreement signature) and explained the details of what to expect when I went to the facility for the first time. The call was a good touch and was apprecieted

Painless process to get a unit, could do better on pricing and negotiating.

The customer service and process to reserve the unit was not difficult, and was made fairly easy. The only part that I feel needs improvement is price negotiation, as I was never exactly clear what I was being charged until the very end.

Easy way to rent a storage building!!

Had no problem with the reservation. When I checked in someone had a lock on my door but the manager came out and gave me another unit. She was very friendly. Overall, the experience has been good.
