They only had one unit left in the size I needed,. I reserved it and went to facility to look at it. The manager was very thorough and clear on doe and don't , I was done in no time at all !

This is my first time renting a storage unit in Redding. The owner of the Redding Storage Unit was very nice and helpful and explained everything to me to where it was easy to understand. He was very polite and courteous. I am happy that I have chosen this place and definitely will recommend this place to anybody who ask me of a good storage unit place.

The guy Nathan who was helping manage the place was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating! He brought us water when we were moving stuff into our storage unit and is very thoughtful.

I love my storage facility I'm brand new but my unit is super easy to find It's clean and no signs of bugs, rats or even spiders Easy to get in and out of Facility managers are super nice and really sweet And great senses of humor! Price is great and I have added insurance it's STILL under 90$ a month for a 5x15 I'm thinking of adding another few units once I start working full time I love being able to pay ahead of time as well it helps so much 10000/10 would recommend!

I live in Maryland, but my brother, who needed the secure storage unit, lives in California. Thankfully I found Redding Mini Storage 530-223-4696. The owner was very kind and allowed me to reserve my unit free a couple of days in advance. I even got a reminder email for my move in date. He called me the morning of the move so I could complete my paperwork. A true gentleman who explained everything, answered my questions, and all with a sense of humor ЁЯШК! Thanks ЁЯЩП

I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called in to confirm the answering service couldn't find my reservation either but took my number and had the on site manager call me directly. The on site manager was very helpful had my reservation got me into my unit same day. He manages the facility very well making sure all units a secure safe and protected from damage or loss. My unit is conveniently accessible and well maintained. Over a big thumbs-up рџ‘Ќ
