From the online reservation to the customer service, everything was easy and great! They have a great friend/family referral bonus. I would definitely recommend this storage unit to the next person. Another thing this company offers that many places don't offer is, here you have 24/7 gate access and prices locked in for one year.

Excellent Pricing and Service

We reserved our space for Storage Zone online, which was quick and easy. They sent emails confirming pricing and confirmed move in date requested. When we went to the office to sign the paperwork and see the space, we were met by a delightful young lady named Savannah, who was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Our overall experience from beginning to end was quick easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Friendly staff. The facility is easy to access and well maintained. I also called Sparefoot to ask some questions and the customer service agent was very helpful. The reservation process was quick and easy. This is my first time renting storage and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Savannah called the same day I made a reservation and even though I wasn’t able to answer, she left a friendly message. The next day, I called 15 minutes prior to their closing and Savannah executed contactless registration and payment even though it would be completed after their closing time.

I just rented a unit 2 days ago & the beautiful young lady (I'm terrible with names, sorry) running the front desk & answering their phones(not a robot) was just as sweet as pie! She was Very helpful, answered all of my many questions in a professional yet very personable & friendly manner with a smile on her face and didn't make me feel rushed while touring me around the place. Exactly what I needed!

Location is very close and 24 hour access is important as it helps to relieve the stress of moving. Why can't other storage locations offer the same? Price lock in is a top seller along with first month free thru sparefoot reservation. Thomas is excellent with phone and email customer service

Best Storage in Town, by far!

Thomas, the property manager, is an amazing person to deal with especially in the middle of moving. I will be here for a long time. We came here because of his customer service and being straight up and honest. Other storage units dont tell you but their special "$1" move in really comes out to $100 and then they let you know you have to spend another $20 to by their lock. Amazing prices, Awesome Manager, Great storage units!!!
