It’s obvious there are times when people need to use a storage facility because of an emergency or situation. These people at this place not only facilitated my request for a unit, they made sure I had the right one, treated me as if they had known me for 100 years, Delivered and their word, and made sure I was completely capable of fulfilling my end as well. I deal with life insurance and some very sensitive situation, and I would take this staff with me anywhere and put them in the front lines to deal with the public. Great job everybody. I’m pretty impressed.

Excellent facility for storing our RV.

Awesome. Only issue is the entrance key pad is not loud enough and sometimes doesn’t work the first time. The entrance from Argyle is kind of steep when turning into parking lot.

Theresa Furlotte was awesome she very nice, helpful and informative! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing storage it is very clean and the temperature is perfect! I asked for a specific storage unit and she happily gave it to me! It was extremely hot out and she provided me with cold water to cool me down! She helped me park my moving truck, I was waiting for my help to arrive and she was ready to offer assistance! I would like to thank her for being such a great person and manager at a time when I was very frustrated and feeling a bit down!
