Friendly and very service driven

Very clean office and premises. I met both Nic and Brandi, and can't thank them enough for how helpful they were. Friendliest people I have met here in a long time, and with regard to this style of business with storage areas, and the care that goes into maintaining relationships with clients.. I am just very impressed! Thank you!

I was treated well and was pleased with the cleanliness of the unit as well as the grounds.

NEEDS SECURITY on the second EXIT GATE!

Liked the signing in process, simple and efficient. The Mrs. Jenkins is very pleasant. My only major concern is that there is NO Security Camera to monitor a Gate that is vehicle access for those leaving this location, but, scary it is to know that anyone has access all during the operational hours to just walk right on in 'pick or cut a lock-grab and go'. So, we are going to use two locks and one of them is a 9 rating for un-cuttable. If it were not for the 50% off discount the first two months we would just buy another storage shed for a couple K and leave all the junk in the backyard. But overall, we like it for the next couple few months okay. Security is the Big Issue for me. There's a bus stop 10 feet from the exit gate and anyone of those characters could assault someone on the property. I would have give more stores for pricing if it reflected infa-red cameras and an "ALWAYS LOCKED GATE"!
