The good experience at rated with Monica! She was funny, and super nice! She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. She showed Me how the lock works, brought Me to the unit, and reminded Me multiple times if I needed anything else to feel free to ask. The unit was clean upon arrival, and simple to use. I booked the reservation online, and received a better price than I would’ve in person, AND got my first month free! What more could anyone ask for?

I am very happy with service & helpfulness of everyone at this facility. I had such major issues happen during my move. A major cluster fub, from closing of my home to the movers. Yet LIFE storage was the ONLY thing handled with kindness helpfulness & going above & beyond!!! I am so Grateful to all of the employees who stepped up to help anyway they could!! A plus across the board

Parker & James are AWESOME!!

My moving caused an issue with units I needed, Both James & Parker are fabulous,smart, did their best to make it as stress free as possible for me. Truly so kind, so helpful & just wonderful people.there is 1 female employee that is COMPLETE OPPOSITE of those gentlemen. I don't understand it, maybe i unintentionally rubbedher the wrong way, she presents everything of wanting to be combative & insulting.thankfully James & Parker being so awesome they by far makeup for her meanness.
