Manager was so accommodating!

Martha the manager was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and does a great job keeping the site clean!

Intrusive Staff

Twice now the manager has yanked my door open more than it was saying I can't be inside with the door closed. The door wasn't closed, it was open but partially because I needed to keep the sun out as the unit is not climate controlled like promised. She was acting like I was doing something illegal and against the rules when all I'm doing is going through my things to make room for more stuff to come in. She states the unit is strictly for storing stuff and that we are not aloud to be in the unit doing things and yet there are people there all day long conducting business out of their units and moving stuff in and out of it. I will not be renewing our unit there.

Could have gone a lot smoother

We showed up just after 11, after using my last half day at work, we sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to return to the office.....we finally yelled to a person we saw over the fence at around 12:05. It cost us extra time and money on the truck we had rented for what was supposed to be an easy process.

Starting with the online search and first phone call customer service has been amazing. Easy first appointment and all the information was sent to me via email and text. Same day rental and was able to store my things. Price for my budget and this is a new facility! Very clean, secure, and professional staff!

Very fast check-in to get my unit. I received a call later in the evening letting me know I hadn't secured the lock on my unit properly and advising me to return and correct it ASAP. Very good value for the price.
