What a great experience. Donna was so professional and personable. She exemplifies how customer service should be. You are lucky to have her. She answered all my questions and even provided information I didn’t know I needed. Our unit was clean and there was a welcome tag on the door and a lock inside. The plastic on the lock package was open so we didn’t have to figure out how we were going to open it. Such an appreciated thing to do. Overall a great experience thanks to Donna !

Great service, clean and accessible storage

Donna was 100% great. She was, and is, very helpful, delivers great Customer support, and is a gem. The facilities are clean and accessible - my only wish (and this is NOT a complaint) is that there were wooden structures as they do not build up heat during the day.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Donna was very welcoming and helpful getting me set up. The facility is easily accessible and very clean and well maintained. There was even a welcome tag on my unit when I started moving in. And- just inside- a welcome package with a top-quality Master lock. I have never had that pleasure in any other facility!
