Exceptional Customer Service

Life Storage of Pompano Beach, FL has truly brought old fashioned customer service into the 21st century. The staff goes above & beyond each and every time I'm there. I came to view the facility prior to renting. I was shown the exact unit I'd rent, I did not need to sign any long term contract, nor was I required to pay in advance. I came back the next day and stored my belongings. The month to month with option of auto pay is perfect for me. I can downsize my unit (or upsize) at any time. The 1st month rent was prorated, the 2nd month is free and I got a better price by reserving ($$ free) through Sparefoot.com!

The process of securing a unit went over very smoothly. Moving from one place to another is stressful enough. I'm very thankful that my experience here was stress-free.
