Got the processing all done smoothly online and at the office when it was open to finish the details and the administration fee. Pretty good deal for what I needed. I like the ease to get in and out, entrance to facility, drive up and drive out, exit, overall not too many turns, for getting to my storage unit, although it's on the second floor, without elevators, but that will give me a good workout, and I keep the boxes small so it shouldn't be too bad, just time consuming. I haven't moved much so far, and I am doing it little by little with car loads of small boxes, whenever I can. So I am glad that the first month was free.

The customer service and manager on site were helpful friendly and relatable. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with renting. They guaranteed me the best price for the most space and moved me in quickly and got the storage supplies I needed in a bundle.
