I rented this public storage because of the price, cleanliness customer service. Hopefully in the near future my rent doesn't go up at an exorbitant price.

In-Person Customer Service was Terrible!!

The online process was wonderful, quick and simple, however my in-person experience was terrible. The representative Chris customer service lacks and need lots of work. He was not helpful, not forthcoming of additional information that was useful for me being it was my first time having a storage unit. He was not forthcoming with my hours or my options for the extended hours access. He was rude, condescending and very confusing in his delivery of what my contract offers. He made my already stressful day worst. The on-site property was a bit manager was slightly more helpful but I am not convinced she will handle the discrepancy in Chris’ customer service and rude demeanor.

Las instalaciones son nuevas, los storages nuevo, el precio 35% menos que la competencia en esta área de Hawthorne,Redondo beach, Hermosa El “South Bay” me ayudaron en español, muy amables. Hay absceso todos los días de 6 am a 9 pm incluso Domingo o día festivo. Muy buen lugar muy bien ubicado cerca fwys.

Hawthorne Store Quest is the best, not only was I able to store some things, I was also able to Donate scooter and things to children and to the salvation army across the streets. It's been almost a year or longer and thank God for Cynthia who I been accidentally calling Sydney. She's great. Thank you very much I love her and the team here. Jonah K best.

Fast and courteous

I appreciate how the elevators are close enough to get to storage. Others are so far apart and only access to 1.

Not as pricey as others but…

…still expensive. Seems like you get what you pay for. Facilities are very clean but you do still have some people pseudo living out of their units at this location. There’s an Urth Cafe across the street. That’s handy for move in day.
