    Friendly and Helpful

    Sylvia was super helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions about the storage facility and unit. When I had an issue with the gate code Sylvia came out and gave me another. Highly recommend this location.

    Smaller than expected

    My unit is a 5x5 and I knew it would be small. I didn’t expect much, especially since it’s $20 month. I was still disappointed to find out I have to climb a step ladder to get to my unit. That should have been in the description along with a picture of the plywood board unit. It does its job holding my stuff so overall I’m content with it.

    Good stuff. The right amount of space for the right price.

    4x4's description should be updated to mention it is only 4' tall as well. Caused some confusion at move in, but staff got me a bigger unit quickly and for a good price, so good recovery.
