Pricing is good but I think they close way too early.

Great price.

Unfortunately did not have the exact unit I wanted but got a really good price on the unit I got which I can make work.

Had to move in a hurry and found this place close and price was great.

Time facility isn't the greatest but I can work with it.

It was Ok. Have used better.

The best thing is the price. When you can get a hold of someone they are helpful. But that is problem, they don't answer the phone or return calls.

Friendly staff

Krystal was there from another location covering on Saturday. She was really friendly and very helpful. Nice clean facility. Decent prices. Only wish Sunday hours were a little later.

Awesome Highly recommend

This is a great facility and location. The storage unit is very clean and secure. The unit is temperature controlled, which is a bonus for me. The elevators and lots of signs, make for easy access to the unit. Above all, the Customer Service is above reproach. Amanda went above and beyond to accommodate me in processing my application and showing me around the facility. Almost closing time..she did it with a smile ЁЯШГ

Close to early

Place is cool but they close way to early 6 pm. 2pm on weekends.that sucks. They need to let people access their units till 9pm 7 days a week. that would be cool

Place is so clean, clean! Staff are friendly, and the building is fully secure. I would definite recommend this place if you want a secured storage.

Everything about this place is great, location, price, appearance....I would like to be able to access my unit after 6 pm tho.

Loved it until they cut the hours

The storage is a good location& fair price. Unfair they cut our time by 5 hours do to homeless staying at night. We are going to have to move because we cant get into our unit as our schedules dont allow us to make it by 6pm. The main reason we chose this storage was they were open late. Now they hound us when we are there if we take a snack break in the car like we are criminals. Sad & Disappointed.

This was not what I expected,with this being my 3rd storage unit ever rented & both my previous experiences turning out to be disasters on the facilities part/wrong doings...I am very pleased with they business has went this time around and look forward in continuing doing business at this facility off mills rd..

Recommend for cheap & clean storage

It was super simple to reserve my unit online, cheap with good insurance for not much extra. Unit is not hard to access though i have one of the outer ones close to the door, and they are pretty clean.
