I showed up. Paid storage and the lady that helped me offered to help me move my stuff from my car into storage unit. She went over and beyond to help me. I have a broken foot and she had accommodated me. I forgot her name but she is the beautiful angel with long black straight hair. Thank you so much. :) Blessings.

Quick, easy. and helpful

I got the paperwork done within 20 min and moved my stuff in that day. The lady showed me my selected unit before completing the paperwork and asked if it would work for me. I ended up needing a bigger size and she showed me the next largest which was perfect. Saved a bunch of time by doing it right the first time. Excellent service!

A DEAL compared to the other places on island

Very new, very well laid out and clean, with top security, personalized gate and elevator codes, lots of cameras and plenty of space to move in and out. It's cool inside so you can work on your stuff if you need to and they have a wide variety of units, including tiny 5 X 5 X 3 spaces good for storing a college's kids clothes on summer vacations.

Best prices I found on the island and the staff was very helpful but not pushy.

Fast, easy and efficient.

Alex was very helpful in explaining the rental process and also showing us a variety of storage spaces that would be suitable for our storage needs. The paper work was quick and we were able to moving in right away. We setup auto pay so we do have to worry about our fees. We are pleased with how fast and easy it was to get set up and the efficiency in setting up auto pay so we have one less thing to worry about with our move. The discounts was also a plus.

I was treated well and check in process was smooth. We were unloading a relocube and had to park it quite far away and put everything on carts to go on elevators, but other than that it was a good experience.

The past few months I have been so stressed my parents are elderly my father recently had an open heart surgery and with no one I can depend on to help take care of them I had to move back to their home to care for them. Everyone has been so wonderful thank you so much especially to Jennifer who really made it so much easier for me with my family emergency I wasn't able to move in on my scheduled date but she set everything up for me with ease. I got to the facility and met Leon he explained everything to us and took us thru the facility he is such a joyful spirited person he had us set up in minutes he made it so easy so stress free, thank you so much for making this move so much more easier for me I truly appreciate all your help
