I worked with Totem to get my things moved in. I had to do everything over the phone and online as I am currently out of state. I was able to have my friend be my point person and coordinate getting my items in the unit. Tiffany was extremely friendly and walked me through the process. Then the gentleman who was on site during the move in helped finish up the process. He was extremely thorough and made sure that I was fully informed as well as confirming that I was giving permission to my friend to store my stuff. They even set up a temporary gate code so that my ex could continue moving in my stuff at his own pace. My situation is unique and they treated it that way while being empathetic about my circumstances. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Great rates, great service, a little bit rundown.

The location is great for our purposes. It had the best rates. The customer service was excellent if not a little short-handed. The storage apace itself was well maintained inside. However, the surrounding area is a little rundown, and cluttered with parked moving trucks and a motor boat on a trailer, that’s lining the outer edges of the storage area. If you happen to have a unit across from one of these parked vehicles, then you will be blocking the through path for other cars while unloading. Also, I was looking for a 10’x10’, with an outdoor drive-up access, and expected a wide rollup door, and it was not specified to me that the unit available only had a 36” hinged door. I found out that detail after I had purchased the unit and visited the space. If this feature is important, ask questions before going through all the paperwork. One thing I will say, is that I had misplaced the keys to the lock, shortly after I had purchased it. They replaced the set for me immediately at no extra charge. And again, their rates were half of what the surrounding, competing storage facilities were. So any minor misgivings I have listed in this review was worth overlooking, in my opinion.

False price advertisement

I saw a lower price in the ad for a 5×10 under 100.00$ monthly charge but when I talk and go over paper work the price changes to 124$ momthly so because my first two momths are only 75 with insurence I took it but wish now I stsyed with Public because since the price is not affordable after the two month promotion I can not keep the storage unit

Terrible

The worst customer service I ever recieved from any storage facility and I've been renting storages my whole life. Someone I knew was getting a storage so I said come to my storage it's great and told 3 different people to put in my referal for the half of my rent this was over 6 months ago never recieved the half off my rent and talked to every person that works there about it and all I got was the run around and now I'm getting kicked out because I'm associated with those people and they got kicked out. I'm not even friends with them anymore. I want my money since that's the reason I'm being kicked out anyways

We like it at totum storage! Nice, easy going helpful staff, easy to access units, and a very affordable price that no where else could beat!! We are overall very pleased !! Oh! Plus they are okay with my big puppy running around there with me ;)

Great! Clean, and Secure!

The woman who helped us out was very kind and had great care for her customer! Great unit, clean and everything looked up to date. There were even staff onsite sweeping the lot as well as a security patrol and cameras everywhere.

Amazingly fast service and genuinely nice relaxed feeling there...

I am so glad that my friend recommended me there I felt comfortable I feel my stuff is safe I can talk to the then please I recommend anybody that looks through this if you truly need a storage area where you feel comfortable and you feel your stuff is going to be safe that this is the place they're wonderful thank you totem...

Great Customer Service!

We rented a 5x5 in Jan, The staff were amazing! they have great competitive pricing and the security is perfect, they have live on sight staff that gives you an extra layer of protection. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a storage; they also have u haul rentals; we are planning to use one to move out our stuff next month:) Pricing all around cannot be beat for the area. Thank you to all the staff Totem;) Keep up the awesome service!

When i first moved here to Washington over 3 yrs ago , i should have choosen Totem Self Storage, i find myself in a situation where im having to use a storage unit again . Im very happy and satisfied with the level of professionalism excellent customer service and very helpful. I definitely will recomend to anyone looking for unit to store their belongings.

Quick turn around

I needed a unit to rent, went online and searched via Uhaul's storage directory.. found Totem and I liked their pricing, reserved a unit via online, went in a they made it happen now i have a sweet storage unit. Easy peasy.

Great fast service

I needed a storage asap and the employee at the time at totem storage was very helpful and was able to get me into a storage right away at an affordable price she was very helpful and was able to anwser all questions i had i am glad i chose totem storage to store my stuff the site seems very secure and has a great camera system monitoring the yard i feel comfortable with my belongings being stored there.

Moved in - Great customer service

Moved in this last Saturday - all went well. Would have liked to know in advance that our 10x15 unit did not have a garage door ... but 2 doors instead. Appreciate the locks!
