    Nice Storage

    Super easy process online to get into a unit! Units are clean & nice and the facility itself is well lit & feels safe. The original unit I was assigned had some damage to side and customer service was very quick to transfer to another unit-no issues at all.

    Definitely fast and easy. Called to ask a few questions about a promotion they had at the time and the representative I talked to was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have any issues at all accessing my storage unit or entering the facility.

    I do not like how I reserved a 10x20 unit that has 2 doors. The other door has a different number. I so not want someone in my unit.

    The unit has not been cleaned in awhile.

    The unit has not been cleaned in awhile. The sides are very dirty and ther floor has not been swept in a good while. The weather stripping is falling off the front and back doors.
