Employee was very helpful. Showed me the unit explained everything to me and paperwork took under 10 minutes, but it any additional information that I had questions of Tylenol. I was very pleased and satisfied.

It’s ok

Everyone was nice. The place is super clean they are very flexible. The price ended up being 300 more a year than the 70 mth advertised. But they did apply the 50% discount for three months and gave me a veteran’s discount. All in all I’d recommend the place

Good service, just was disappointed to find out that the outside spaces were almost as much as a covered/garage unit.

They were very efficient and made sure I was confident about what I was purchasing. There deals are a little high because of how little space they have left, but it was super clean. Make sure to buy your own lock as well

They were super-friendly and treated me like an old friend, which is always refreshing. The place is really clean, and they are upfront about any additional fees and deals they have. Very happy so far!

Friendly, but with hidden charges

The staff at Protection Self Storage Provo have been very friendly. Getting a unit and moving into it was pretty simple. I was surprised to see so many charges on my first receipt, however. There's an administration fee ($25), taxes ($10), and a property protection plan ($15). Only the first charge was explained when we signed up, and I do not understand why other storage units we've used in the past can operate without a separate line item for taxes or property protection but Protection Self Storage cannot.

Protection Self Storage is awesome. Super friendly staff who are very thorough and outgoing. The facility is well maintained and clean, and the prices are not just competitive, but fair.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He got me set up with the right size for my needs and in a temperature controlled unit. They also had a great introductory deal, that was extra helpful because money is tight due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend this place based on their service, cleanliness and value.
