Easiest part of the moving process

With so many things to take care of when moving this by far was the easiest part. I've never had to place my things in storage so I was extremely nervous about the process. I was overwhelmed with the online search but I found one of their locations & spoke with Patty. Although, she did not have the unit i was looking for she referred me to the other location. She gave me pricing, checked availability, & even directions to the other cite. When I got there the mgr Erin took me to the storage unit so I could see the size & she even placed me in a unit so if I ran outta space I could simply use the next unit now how thoughtful & convenient is that! I truly appreciate their joy in customer service, their kindness & understanding, their overall help & professionalism was just something I haven't experienced in such a long time & with my current situation I was humbly grateful for them! See you never know a person's situation & their acts of kindness was definitely the boost I needed to keep going. Thank you ladies 笙｡

On the Fence

Very nice people I dealt with...only thing I wasn't a fan of was their 3-4 cats lurking in windows and on the counter tops in the lobby area. I'm allergic to cats and that was not customer service friendly at all. I will be paying my bill online.
