Good start but bad price increase

I have 2 units, for 2 households. Everything was fine until after only 6 months they increase the first unit by $136 a month. Haven't got the increase on the 2nd unit yet as we've only had it 3 months. I am currently looking for another place.

So far I am happy with Public Storage. I moved my belongings from Self storage because after 3 months they raised my rent an extra 130 dollars. I was assured that would not happen here. Hopefully it won't happen and I will be able to relax until I find a permanent place for the stuff that I unfortunately inherited from a family tragedy.

Cheap & easy

I like that it was fast and easy, the price was right, drove out of my way for the price. I don't like that you have to get out and put in the gate code again to get out of the gate, however understandably so since they have vehicles stored their also.All in all "EASIEST" storage facility I've had in a long time.

Disappointed in billing system

Great customer service & very helpful employees however no discount on multiple storage rentals offered but would be a ? if offered also horrible billing system no matter when you start renting your storages they charge for the whole month.I rented 3 storages on the 12th day of the month and the new bill for all three storages would again be due on the first of the next month however a better system would be since I paid for rental of storage space on the 12th I should not have been billed again until the 12th of the next month for a full month of rental.

Scott is cool funny and very helpful i just dont like how old the storage looks kinda has an oder i upgraded to a bigger storage same problem only different from the first one was my new storage had rat poison in every corner so now i kinda walk on my tippy toes ..... I HATE RATS!
