Easy process and clean facility

It was an easy process and the facility is clean.

I like it

Only problem I had was the web site. Don't know if it was there fault or the internet

Sign your stuff away and they can change the price on you at anytime.

There are NOT ENOUGH CARTS to move my stuff into the unit that I rented. I had to wait over an hour for someone else to get done moving into their rental to get there cart. The elevators are not equipped to handle high traffic and close the doors on you and your stuff takes ride up and down floors without you. I paid by the hour 4 men to help me load and unload into the facility and they we standing around waiting for carts to be free. The elevators are not equipped to take you down to the first floor without you having to close the door and then pushing the first floor. If you are going up you have to punch in your long access code then the floor when it should already know where I am going. Also it seems high security but as I leave someone else can just drive in without a code. Plus, they charge you for a specific lock and it is just cheap storage aluminum bendable doors. The contracts are long and basically you sign a lot of paperwork to say that they are not responsible and that you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sue them. I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be back once I leave.

for the price the service is terrible

This place hiked up the price twice in the year I was there, and their automatic lights almost never worked. So I was stuck in a dark empty corner trying to unload/load things. They also give your a pro-rated rate for the month you sign up (so they get every dollar out of you), but won't pro-rate when you leave. So you have to pay a full month even if you're not using the unit the majority of the month. And their customer service was not helpful when I lost my key.

Super easy and friendly staff. The storage unit itself is a bit stuffy and warm as it's close to the lake, but they recommended a moisture capture bucket which was cheap and overall the price is really good for the space. It would be nice to have more carts for moving stuff as most seemed busy.

Hello, This was an easy entry into your system. James did a great job!!!. You may want to add some additional training for phone staff around additional charges (lock, insurance etc.service fee) these were surprises to me and as I already had previously worked with PS I had a lock as well which could not be used any longer (it still had the sticker on it even).
