Fast and easy

This is my first time ever getting a storage unit. The process was so quick and easy. When we got to our unit to start moving things in I was pleasantly suprised to see carts to use for free for our convince. The building the unit is in was clean, well lit and had easy to follow signs so our unit was found quickly. Unit is competitivly priced. This has been a great expirance so far. I am very pleased with my decision to rent from Public Storage.

I did online reservation and check in, which was super easy, and I used the app to access my unit, also terrific. The person I spoke to when I had a question was super nice and helpful. The unit was clean, felt safe, but was easy to access as well. Very happy with my decision.

Facility is great

This facility is very clean, had no trouble getting signed up online. They sent me a text the day before move in, of what I needed to know to get in the gate and then into the unit. I would recommend this storage facility.

Best storage move in experience!

Spare foot was helpful in getting the right unit the right location! The front office manager made it the most efficient process ever! Great location! Very clean!!

Over the years when ever I needed more space to remodel or move I have always used Public Storage, there facility are always clean and safe, with very knowable managers,Over 20 years when i have needed the space I have used them,for up to a year or more at a time,they send a very curtisisy email days before rent is due,,, just like buying a car, if you like the way you are treated you will always go back,I trust and believe you cannot find a better safer storage company,

Best prices in town

Best prices in portland only bad thing is they make you buy a lock that only works at storage units. Its 20 bucks. So 20 wasted cuz ill probably never use it again.

The great flood of 2019

A pipe burst in one of the bathrooms and our home was effectively flooded. Fast forward a couple of days and you find is moving the contents of our home into a storage unit as per the request of the restoration team. I scrambled for storage and the call center gent was quite helpful (just forgot to mention the $20 lock you're required to purchase) and the lady at the main onsite office was great. Thank you for making a crazy stressful time alittle less stressful...at least in regard to storage.

Perfect in all ways for our needs

From first arrival to leaving the grounds - just to do a check for delivery - no problems. Diana was phenomenal throughout the process and made everything as smooth as could be expected. I was pleased with the location, ease of access and (most of all) cleanliness of the place. Add to this Diana and great assistance - Fantastic storage option

Best Storage Experience Ever to Date!

So far, so GREAT! The staff was excellent to deal with. Linda (I believe that is the name of the assistant manager) was so pleasant and helpful. We love the easy drive up gate and drive up unit. The unit itself is clean and dry - and has lighting on a timer if needed for night time! I can't say enough about our experience so far. Thank you, Public Storage! OH - and the person I spoke with when I called the help center while deciding what we needed was so pleasant. I did not get her name, but wish I had done so. 5 stars; wish it could be 10!
