The computer system was down so the attendant was having a difficult time since there were two different dates of moving in. I was frustrated at first, but the attendant made sure to assist me as much as possible. At the end all worked out.

I rented a parking spot. There were some improvements in response time, no one was available when I called and I did not receive a call back, but on site all was smooth.

Amazing Experience

We had an amazing experience at Public Storage at Irvine Whatney. The experience was different due to the Covid situation but Public Storage has really streamlined the entire process. The associate helping us was extremely knowledgeable and nice, he walked us through the entire process and made sure we were happy with everything. The facility was flawless with climate control. Overall, our experience was amazing

Surprise fees

I would have liked to know ahead of time the additional costs that would be associated with renting the unit. If there is mandatory insurance, just add it in the price. Don't surprise me later. Also the service fee and the cost of the lock. Just tell me up front on the website. When I came in on and there were more and more costs I felt like I was getting screwed over and wish I knew what other storage facilities were charging for these extra fees.

There Is No Comparison

The Irvine facility is beautiful and all indoor, we love the bay door access. I have three 10x20 units and sleep well at night knowing my belongings are safe. Roger
