    Great experience

    Being able to rent the unit online is seriously the best and it was easy to do! I just wish access hours were longer as currently access is only allowed til 6pm.

    Gate entrance has major issues

    The gate doesn’t open easily. The app they use is total crap and buggy. I’ve had to have the on site employee open the gate for me every time so far. Also, they changed their open hours to 6pm with just a taped on paper sign which was not in the contract I signed. I need access to at least 10pm. I would rather move my stuff to another location if possible.

    Very Easy !

    Needed a place fast and this was perfect.The online process was efficent and took very little time. I have filled a 30 x 10 unit and still have not needed to step into the office of the facility.
