EXCELLENT SERVICE-CLEAN FACILITY and GREAT HELP

I had a great storage experience thanks to Oscar who was incredibly helpful during the entire process. This facility is very secure and clean and I appreciate the 5 star experience. I highly recommend this storage facility and location.

They make getting a storage unit easy.

The guys at Public Storage make the process of getting storage simple. Their app is comprehensive and simple, providing code access to the property. They have flat dollies that make physically moving your storage items much easier. My only issue (and this is an issue with self-storage in general) is that there is no guarantee what your cost will be in the near future as the contracts are month to month. We'll see how that goes with fingers crossed.

The location is very clean and organized. Ivania was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us signed up and acclimated to our new unit. Overall a very smooth and safe interaction in these uncertain times with Covid. Thank you Ivania and the Public Storage team!

Great customer service

Great customer service. Can not remember the guys name who helped me when I signed up but he was awesome, maybe Devon, or something similar. He was just transferred there. Sold me on the damp dry and storage insurance. Easy process.

Best Storage facility in LA County !!!!

Robert in customer service is top notch! I've only had one other experience with this company having used a 10x10 'public storage' unit in Burbank for 12 months a couple years ago & if I were to have actually written a view; that public storage facility would've received 3.5 stars for safety & security and 'zero' stars for their public unisex restroom cleanliness ( literally there is a bucket under the sink catching gray H2O) Wow, what a welcome surprise that for my local storage needs in 2017-2018; their sparkling new facility at 5550 San Fernando Rd. is like "Fort Knox"... Plus the amazing knowledgeable and friendly staff & 'Super-clean ladies room' & easy On-Off freeway access made my choice to use public storage again a no-brainer! I feel 100% confident while traveling for the next 12-18 months that my valuable art, Family heirlooms -collectibles & seasonal designer clothing etc. are protected 24/7!
