I have been renting in more than one time, my experienced always amazing.

Overall, a good experience

Cameras inside of each hallway would be preferred. It is easy to get in and out of the compound which is beneficial. The gate is a good touch for security. The on-site manager is very easy to work with and the price isn't too expensive. Overall, a very good experience.

Clean dry unit, management helpful

Have had the unit for a week. The facility has cameras everywhere, electronic access security gates, landscaping is pruned up and away from the buildings and fencing. Helpful staff set me up with the unit, made sure I understood the contract, fees, etc that are included; prices were all reasonable. The rep was friendly, personable, and pleasant. They walked me out to the bldg where my unit is located, made sure it was the size I needed. The driveway paved access is clean and maintained, unit access hallway doors are secure. My indoor unit was clean, had a working light, no signs of water, weather or critter access anywhere, and the unit door has a weatherstrip seal across the bottom.

I loved the staff

I loved the staff. She was beyond helpful. I would recommend this storage place to anyone. Only thing to keep in mind is there are gate hours and lock restrictions

Aleks and Emily were excellent! They were informative and well prepared to help me store my little camper/trailer at their site. I would recommend working with them for any of your storage needs.

Alex and Ameitra are wonderful over at the Public Storage on Fircrest. They are both very Professioanal and amazing to work with. They toke care of my situation with moving and storing my stuff for a month or two in no time.

Ameitra was very friendly and helpful to my son and I she has a great personality that makes you feel at ease when your having a stressful day she is a wonderful addition to the Public Storage family I wish her all the best
