Employee contacted me The day after I made the reservation to make sure everything was true inaccurate. Prior to moving in I was contacted the day before as well as the day off to ensure my needs moving in were met if any at all were required by the business. The day of I had to make some adjustments and Madison was the lady who helped me over the phone. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed great interpersonal skills and was able to explain and answer my questions not only efficiently but also in a timely manner as to not take up too much of my time on the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted into a warm and friendly environment by Madison and was treated as if I was one of the family with the utmost respect and attention to detail that made moving in and occupying two different storage at the same location a breeze. Any questions that I had for clarification and understanding she was able to explain with the utmost proficiency without creating additional questions or confusions. I would not only recommend this place to friends and family but as I am a service provider and facilitator of people's moving needs within the community, I began to refer this establishment to my customers as well. I was attracted to this location because of the pricing and the proximity to major highways and Roads but the icing on the cake or the bonus is the professionalism and personalities of the staff.

Easy check in

Online check in was quick and easy. Great instructions and unit was ready when my husband arrived. Wasn't expecting extra fees for lock and insurance.

Very good customer service. Everything was squared away and easy to do. I searched for units 2 days before I needed one and these guys made it easier than I ever could have imagined.

The only problem when I move in was the organization was not good there were a lot of people that were moving in and there wasn't enough space to move around ,there was traffic some crazy unpatient people yelling like crazy ,it was a bad experience moving in.

Nice staff, great experience

The front desk person, Teresa, greeted me when I first entered the office even while working with another client. She professionally explained the bill payment process as this was my first time in the office to pay on another person's bill. I observed her interact with two persons ahead of me in a respectful and courteous way.

Charles was AMAZING!!! Very funny and concerned guy. You can tell he loves his job. We never stopped laughing. Storage units were huge, and clean. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing extra storage...
