Overall I am very happy with this Public Storage facility.

Fast, Clean, Safe.

By completing all the necessary fields online ahead of time, the check-in process to receive my storage unit was super fast. The lady who assisted me was very courteous and answered all my questions. The facility was clean, and I feel confident in safely storing my belongings in this facility.

The staff were/are amazing

The staff were/are amazing! Efficient, helpful, and fun. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them walk me through the sign up process. I also appreciated the availability of all the packing and storage supplies being available on site.

Excellent - no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. However it would be nice to have more heavy duty flat dollies. The dollies are typically locked in the office after hours and unable to the customers

Great customer service

I have been renting space here for about 16 months. When we first started it was not very clean, carts were hard to find, doors did not work and the bathroom was disgusting and did not work. Since Taylor and Kelly have taken over all of this has changed. Carts are in the office and have to be checked out. This system works very well. Doors work properly and the property is kept clean. They have done a great job and I highly recommend this site for storage.

I recently visited public storage to inquire about a storage space and moving materials. I found Kelly to be knowledgeable and very patient, as she answered my questions and showed me various units to compare sizes.

Mr. Gupta was very helpful for us when we came to sort out our stuffs from the storage.

Kelly at public storage has been one of the best receptionist here at public storage dealing with her these last few years has been nothing but pleasant and professional.

Great experience at Pohick Rd facility

I'm moving, so I need some extra storage for the next couple months, so I stopped by the Pohick Rd Public Storage. It was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to rent a unit quickly and they even gave me a close one because I have some mobility issues. It was a great experience.

Security issues

The main door security didn't work at my location. I didn't realize this until we typed the wrong code and it let us in. We could type any code and it would let you in... The issue has yet to be fixed...

Excellent facilities AND onsite manager

The onsite manager was very helpful, supportive even, for move in. Facilities are clean, brightly lit, and spacious. Auto-billing makes it very easy to manage, and the storage equipment sales on sight makes it easy to organize your items.

service at Pohick Road Facility

I have to compliment all of the folks over at the facility I am using on Pohick Rd., which is very near my home. They have all been very courteous and helpful. There was a water issue on the first day of my rental that affected my unit and they were most accommodating.

Great Storage Location

Public Storage in Lorton, VA is a great storage site. Climate controlled, clean, secure, easy to access. Reasonably priced for the high quality storage.

Good Service given by good people

Never was so easy to take a decision, I swing by to Public Storage thinking about I have to rent a place for my belongings after I move to a small place and of course was worried about it, but the personel who take care of me there was so helpful, they show me all the facility and explain what means climate control, which is like to have everything in a house no humidity or other problems,Security of the building and then they explain the prices and payment methods, I took automatic discount from my credit card so have an extra discount in the final bill. Also I have to say that seen the facility so clean, show me that they are realy worried about their business, so what else you need to take a decision, right place, right people and very right price. Special Thanks to Crystal and Sunil that gave me all their atention in my visit to the storage located in Pohick Rd, Lorton, VA

Everyone at public storage was helpful and friendly. Staff was willing to stay late to complete my rental paperwork. The website allowed me to find the unit size that was right for my needs. Unit was easy to reserve and Staff followed-up immediately. Facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Great but limited hours

Once you get used to the elevator floor numbering not matching the logical sequence of floor numbering you can easily navigate this facility. The code to open the building doors is good for security but a bit rough if you have your hands full. Usually it is only the first drop off or pick up of the day when you carry items into the building. Otherwise the carts take care of that issue. Temperatures are constant, personnel helpful. My only major concern is that it is not open additional hours to make it more convenient for those of us who work in locations not near the facility.
