Office personnel on the phone and in person, were so very kind and thoughtful. Very impressed how they treated me and my time!!!!

First experience but it was quick and easy

Great & easy..I will use again if I have to and also will recommend it to a friend or associates.. there was already a lock inside the unit so that made it even more convenient and the lady at the desk was super cool. She helped me with my other needs, like boxes medium and large and tape. She told me to add fabric softener to the bed and couch bags that I purchased as well............... Finishing this review is the only thing that has been hard so far lol.. have a great day

Late with access code

Great location but couldn’t let my daughter in with access code even though she was listed as emergency contact person. Couldn’t find the lock that I paid for

The storage facility looked very safe

The storage facility looked very safe. The gate was easy to use your gate code to get into the gate but you could not get out of the gate without getting out of your car and going through the pedestrian gate and putting in your gate code from the other side of the gate. If you were by yourself you couldn't get out of the gate.

The manager did not have good customer service skills.

The place is well kept and has a fair price but manager is not friendly and has poor customer service!
