Decent location, customer reps were very helpful, followed up with phone calls.

We rented a unit and within 1 day it...

We rented a unit and within 1 day it had been broken into and items from the adjacent units stolen/vandalized. Fortunately we had not placed our items I storage yet. Security at the site was insufficient to allow that to happen. Anyone could break through the adjoining walls between units. While the local staff were great, we found ourselves needing to locate an alternate storage facility with little time as there were none available at other Public Storage facilities. A very disappointing experience. I am still waiting on a refund of my application and rental fee.

My Experience with Jasmaine was amazing. I really appreciate when a associate is knowledgeable of the Company they represent. Stopped by this location to pick up some boxes to ship some items off for the holidays and Jasmaine greeted me with a smile. She explained the box deals that you guys offer so I purchased 10 small boxes. Thank you for the great service.
