Public Storage - Richmond - 7625 Staples Mill Road

Exactly what you should expect from a storage unit.

This storage facility gave me exactly what I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. The facility has a locked gate at the front and a machine to type your code into, so there is an extra layer of security. The storage unit was unlocked upon arrival with a new lock and key waiting inside. It was super easy, and a good price. You can fill out all of your paperwork online so you can just drive right in when you need to use the unit, no office hassle involved. If you do prefer to do things in person, they have people on sight as well during regular business hours. They have full and half sized units, and the half size that I bought was big enough for everything in my studio apartment with room to spare.

A place above the rest.

I shopped around for about 3 days trying to find a place for my things. I encountered a lot of extra prices and unclear fees. When I arrived here, I was met with swift service, clean storage, and good value for what I needed. Excellent, friendly customer service and I even got a free lock. Best storage unit in town by far!

Got a little bit of a run around through Public Storage national call centers, but once I connected with the local To Richmond facility and office, Kristi was exceptionally helpful and ensured I was able to access the same day I made a reservation and provided fantastic service to address my questions.

GIRl at the front desk was sweet and very informal. She took us to our unit and ensured we were satisfied. She even stated a bit late to ensure our satisfaction.

As a disabled Veteran

As a disabled Veteran, I was a little disappointed that I wasn't offered the same discount as an active duty member. I produced both my VA and DAV membership cards. Otherwise, I was satisfied overall. The property was clean, customer service was satisfactory, The property seems secure,

Karla was excellent. She helped me out with all my questions and concerns and has always been there when I need help. Excellent customer service. She should be the manager permanently in my opinion!

1st off Carla in the office is simply amazing. funny, quick, & her customer service. she makes the experience smooth. she moved me in & moved me out! definitely coming back for business bcuz of her!!

My experience was awesome. The man on duty Mark was very funny but professional as well. Showed me the unit I am renting and also answered all of my questions I had right on the spot. Will do business with Public storage for sure!
