I will say for a 65 year old computer illiterate guy it was extremely hard to reserve AND pay online? However.. in the end my customer service manager was AWESOME

Locked in lot

It was ready key was in unit. But I got held hostage ЁЯджЁЯП╜тАНтЩАя╕ПЁЯд╖ЁЯП╜тАНтЩАя╕ПЁЯШВЁЯШВ I was still unloading after 9pm didnтАЩt get finished until like 12:30 -1am and my Code would not work to let me out had to call 1-800 for them to allow us out it wasnтАЩt funny when it happen. But itтАЩs funny now ЁЯШВЁЯШВ we was held hostage in the gate

The staff member, Bob, was super helpful and friendly.

It was clean and well lit. I wish they would have told us about the need for insurance over the phone when we called. Other than that this was an easy process as Bob, the frontdesk employee, made me feel welcome and helped us pick the right unit for our needs.

Looking for a new place for storage? Best to look somewhere relatively new. This facility is clean and secure, offers a wide selection of unit types and is easy to access. Rates are also more affordable than places I've dealt with in the past. Good overall experience.

Great facility and great staff

Due to a covid 19 situation, I had to quickly find a storage facility for some of my products. I showed up after making an online reservation and was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. He showed me the facility and quickly completed the paperwork. The facility is clean and very professionally operated. Very happy with everything so far.

The staff was nice and very helpful

The staff was nice and very helpful. However, once you arrive you are told you have to get one of their locks and purchase their insurance. So the amount you are out of pocket is definitely more than you are quoted online.
