I recently searched for a storage facility because I became increasingly unsatisfied with my current storage facility. Ever since my first phone call I was impressed with the customer service, the professionalism, the value, the information, etc. I was especially pleased with Simone' when I met with her on Sunday morning to reserve my unit, she was pleasant, knowledgeable,, informative, expeditious, and overall very helpful. Thank you!

From the time I stepped into the lobby it was very evident that Joyce the manager was knowledgeable about what we needed. It was by far the most professional and accommodating experience my family and I had. The grounds were clean and the storage units seemed well maintained. Under Joyce's Leadership the East 10 mile location is in great hands!
