I don’t really know why people put to much thought into any storage unit. These places are an extra closet for our things that we don’t want to get rid of. I chose this place because it had the best price in my area for the size of unit I was looking for. That said you get what you pay for and I am actually pleased for what I’ve paid for.

Convenient location

Convenient location and fair price for the size of the storage unit. The unit is clean, but needs a lightbulb replaced. Double authentication to access the units are a plus.

Unsecured buildings and manager is aware of it.

The building where the rented unit was located, was not secured. The exterior doors were ALWAYS open (during the day and over night), the on-site manager even admitted it. The conversation went as follows: "The doors to Building J are always open." Manager, "I know. People leave them open." "Shouldn't they be checked at night, else you're offering an unsecured unit?" Manager, "Let's just agree to disagree. What do you want me to do, put locks on all the doors?" "Yes, or it's an UNSECURED building." Manager "Well that's not going to happen." Three days after this eye opening conversation I vacated my unit and will NOT consider Public Storage for future needs.

Easy and Affordable

Man in charge is a nice, helpful guy. Easy to reserve a spot, easy to move in, and doesn’t break the bank. Happy to have found it. Perfect for short term vehicle storage, but for long term storage would recommend somewhere covered and more spacious. Happy with my experience.

Customer Service Is Wonderful!

The place looks a little outdated, but the customer service agent is amazing and makes the experience great! Needed space for a little breathing room while moving into our new home! This was perfect!

All is great

All is great, but need improvement on the following, in my opinion. 1. Entrance code box needs to be out just a little further and facing the driver when you pull up.. It RAINS a lot here, so no one really wants to get out to put the code in. 2. Need 2 dolly's in the indoor units for all to share not just one. Thank you
