Signed up late online and everything was processed and ready for setup within 2 days. Helpful folks behind the desk gave directions to navigate to my unit.

Best customer service ever!

DJ was working the counter when I arrived. Not only was he DELIGHTFUL, he was thoughtful, thorough, funny, and made me feel cared about. I had no expectations walking in, but when I left I felt so much more at ease with everything because of DJ. You guys lucked out with him joining your team. Thank you.

Very gracious and thoughtful of my needs

The manager I spoke with over the phone was very thoughtful about giving me an alternative to checkin online if I needed it since I was coming from a distance. The managers and staff were very courteous and gracious about walking "us" (there were about 6 different parties checking in and unloading when I got there) through elevator protocols and actually helping me unload since all the carts were initially taken, and then freeing up a cart for me. They made the process as easy as possible in spite of my being tired and I really appreciated their efforts though I am sure I didn't show it.

Looking for cheap storage, left with a bill much higher than I was expecting

I was looking for a cheap storage alternative to storing in my home. We have very few items fitting in a 5x5 unit with more than enough space for other things. Your company was one of the first I saw, so I went with your smallest option, the aforementioned 5x5 unit, which was more than enough room (after being asked multiple times to take a larger unit) . I believe it was around $50 which was good for the few things we were storing. Upon completing sign up, I was then told about all the other fees, service fee, lock fee, insurance fee, among others. When all was said an done, I ended up paying over $80 for a $50 storage unit, and now that storage unit is now increased by $15 per month due to your "insurance" that is mandatory. It's baffling to me that the cost of your mandatory insurance is about 1/3 the cost of the unit itself. But either way, I was moving, needed a quick alternative, and I had already arrived at your facility with all of my belongings to be stored. Now that I am all settled in, I will be moving my storage needs to another company that doesn't seem so dead set on taking every penny that they can get.

Renting was easy and pain free

Renting was easy and pain free. The guy that helped me was nice and courteous (I think he was the asst manager). Little bummed that the rental price that is posted online did not include insurance that is mandatory so you are actually paying more than what the online rental fee is.
