Great Service, Hidden Costs Not Advertised

Only complaint is the additional $15/month in insurance. Didn’t realize it would be that much every month, will check to see if my renters insurance will cover it. Also didn’t know I had to pay for the $20 lock.

Cheryl, the manager, was very super friendly. I applied online for a storage unit for my car and I was greeted by phone, she left a very nice concise yet informative voicemail message. I arrived and she provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. She went over everything there was to know about the rental agreement and it was very easy to understand. We took a golf cart ride to the unit I was renting and completed the inspection. And we made sure that my gate code worked. Thanks Cheryl for making my sign-up for the storage unit the best!
