The only issue is getting in from Ladson, but thatтАЩs probably my fault for choosing this one. ЁЯШБ The staff member who helped us (and I didnтАЩt get her name ЁЯджЁЯП╗тАНтЩАя╕П) was super helpful!

Storage for all your needs

I reserved my storage unit and signed my lease online. It was a very easy process. Everything I needed was in my unit when I arrived. The unit was clean and exactly as described on the website

Locked inside gate TWICE with ZERO staff on grounds

Locked inside gate not once but TWICE during office operation hours. These events happened within a week of each other and both times there has been ZERO staff on grounds. The second time my husband had to to manually lift the gate in order to let us as well as 3 other cars lined up at the gate trying to get out. The fire department is getting called if there is a third incident because i refuse to put up with this facility endangering my life and still refuses to have the proper maintenance performed. That's just gross negligence.

I love this storage area, it is convenient for myself and my sister who we share the storage && it's well priced! No complaints from us! And the manager was fantastic!

Public storage manager at the facility was very helpful. They made an appointment with me and was ready when I arrived. The lease arrangement was clearly explained to me and the paperwork for the lease was filled out and explained. The whole process just took a few minutes and was completed, signed, and I was on my way.

Nothing to say other than they need to have enough carts in each building to move boxes a little easier.
