Public storage ranks as one of the best facilities I've ever used. The office staff (Frances) is courteous, knows the product and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Frances thoughtfully walked me through the signing procedures as well as the actual unit I would occupy. The physical location is clean, secure and well cared for. I had no hesitation storing my possessions at the site.

She was very inviting from the time she called me which was promptly, until the time I left with my storage unit! She was also extremely helpful in helping me pick out the appropriate size for my storage needs as well as save some money! Thank you so much Mrs. Frances!

No military discount, had i not had truck anf trailer full I'd have gone elsewhere. Finding the deal online then not being able to get deal when you call. The oh get onsite and then get hit with "mandatory" insurance, again if not fully loaded. BLUF, get moved and goods out ASAP
