I walked in to get a unit and did it all on a computer there. No person was there. Then the computer talked to me lol and it was a live person and she helped me every step of the way. I wish it was a bigger unit but that’s totally my fault, guess I don’t know my measurements lol

Customer service reps were friendly and got me taken care of quickly. They were even able to accommodate my need for a bigger unit when the one I originally reserved ended up being too small!

They recommended many things and ideas to keep my stuff safe and secure. The roads there are even helpful, so your things don't get flooded. Definently the best storage room company I've ever seen.

Facility is incredibly clean

Facility is incredibly clean. Very pleased with all of the thoughtful details such as a timed door magnet that works on an timer allowing you to have the door open for 30 minutes at a time if you are accessing an indoor unit. The lock system used is much less cumbersome than the traditional masterlock. Chris was great. Through and succinct - difficult skill to master but she has it in spades. I did not feel like I was missing any information and from start to finish it was clear she was conscious of my time and helped me. Completed the process quickly. Feel like I made the right decision.

Great Experience!!!! The Property Manager was very thorough and polite. I had no questions at the end of the facility tour. She covered everything. Very professional. The grounds were spotless, very clean. My storage unit was clean and ready for items to be stored. I won't go anywhere else. This is my first storage unit and the only place I will store my things in the future.

Storage great and sale price good

Storage great and sale price good. My door doesn't stay up on my unit and some of the doors on the property have damage which looks bad. Other than that it's good.

If you have any storage needs go to this location and talk to Chris. I had an appointment time today at 9:30 (when they open) and she was there early. In order to make sure that I was satisfied with my storage unit she took me to three different units. I could tell it was going to be a busy day for her but she made sure that I was her number one priority. Moving is stressful but having Chris there to help out today made it a whole lot better. I will form now on go to Chris for all of my storage needs and I hope that you do the same.
