Shannon and Vanessa were great. Explained the process as I had never used a storage facility previously. Let me know I could download the app and use it for access and bill pay. Facility was spotless and move in so easy, I highly recommend them.

The location was perfect, my unit was ready as well as clean and completing the online contract was as quick and easy. Kind Hearted Cindy

I hate showing up at a business near closing hours.., it had been one of those days where nothing was going right and I was in a bad situation. Cindy was so accommodating and made me feel so welcome. She took her time to go through the process professionally and explain every detail. I even explained that I could come back so she could go home(which at the moment I was leaving mine).. It was a such a kind gesture of her to almost know that I wasnt doing well and be kind to me while we looked at the unit. And not show any need to move the process to a level of impatience. I am not used to leaving my items away from home, but she made the process a pleasant experience. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do..like my say.. But she didn't make me feel in any way that I was an inconvenience to her day. Its the little things in life and the experiences during times of difficulty that someone comes along and eases that pain just enough to get through that one process on the way to healing. Cost is high!!!

The experience with the property manager is great. She is wonderful. I would recommend everyone to work with her. But the reason why I am giving 3 stars is because of the high price point. The public storage as a company raised the rent quite a bit. Also they should have some discounts for long term business.

Cindy was Terrific! I started my move from Chicago, and she was helpful on the phone from day one! When I finally arrived she greeted me, and said welcome to her home state here in Texas! I wont forget her kindness. She also gave me a great tour of the facility. It offered enough space for the 18 wheeler i moved in!!! The climate control is a plus!
