Horrible, expect them to harass you & screw you over

Absolute worst storage unit experience. Spent about $3500 on storage unit in 2022 - no missed payments. Moved to a cheaper unit, about 4 months in had a medical emergency and missed ONE payment. Next thing you know you have a lock on your unit, can’t gain access to your things and a lien placed on it within 15 days. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT. After calling and calling still absolute bull**** management.

Best service, price, and cleanliness

Excellent on-site managers. Lisa and Kimberly were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our storage space was clean and ready on-time. The website used to create a storage unit reservation was easy to use. Access to the site worked well with the keypad codes we were given. Also, access to the storage unit was convenient for both unloading cars and small trucks. It was invaluable to have trucks/dollies available for us to use on the premises.

Its a decent storage place, but its nit safe when the gate stays open because the sensors dont work in the rain

New Storage

I reserved my unit ahead of time via online, as it was cheaper! I just went into the office, checked in with the manager, he went over everything with us, took us up to the unit to open it and make sure it was the proper size. We then went back to the office, finished up and paid. It was a pretty simple, fast and the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Storage facility is very clean and well maintained. The temperature controlled environment really is controlled as well. Spacious hallways for moving your belongings in and out of the facility.

The first guy I spoke with when I called the 800#, Phillip was Excellent! He was very upbeat and positive. He also explained everything very well. The Store Mamager did a great job. The lady that helped us with the fate code was also vwey attentive. I love your company. Best experience renting a storage init ever.
