    The staff was very helpful

    The staff was very helpful and she offered products that I hadn't even thought about. The property was very clean and I felt safe being there in my unit. The prices are very affordable and I would recommend others to use this storage.

    The store clerk was very rude

    The store clerk was very rude. I did my reservation on line to speed up the store process, and I still had to do everything all over again. What was the purpose doing it on line? It did not save me time, and the store clerk needs to have a little more training in u-haul rental and customer service. Nevertheless I will never rent from this location again nor will I recommend anyone to this location.

    The service that I received from your staff member, Amy, was highly efficient and informative regarding all aspects of customer service from Public Storage. The process was expedient in setting up the contract. Facility is neat and well maintained. I would recommend without reservation your facility.
