I was in a time crunch but the after hours rep helped me secure a unit that was perfect for my storage needs. The frustrating downside of this storage facility is the fact that the storage units aren’t visibly numbered from the driver’s seat nor passenger seat of a vehicle.

I recently rented a storage unit at the Duncanville- N. Duncanville Rd location. The size of the unit was just right and there was no "run-around" about the pricing. The service here is superb! The staff, especially LaSonya, is so helpful and personable! She made the entire process so simple and stress-free!

Best storage facility EVER!

Best storage facility EVER!! I say that because you actually get your money worth when it comes to cost, size, customer service, and security.They offer insurance rates for the storage that is very affordable or you can use your personal rental insurance .. Along with that the storage comes with a lock, and they also have 24 hour security surveillance, in which requires a gate code! Safety for me is a plus! With that being said the employees are so willing to help and accommodate with your wants and needs to the best of their ability... I have shopped around and nothing compares to this company. I have used them twice..
